Equipment Service Manager:

CW&W is seeking an experienced Equipment Service Manager. Must have mechanical background and equipment/fleet management experience. Candidates should be proficient in MS Word and Excel and be driven to succeed.

Field Mechanic:

CW&W Contractors, Inc. is seeking experienced Mechanics to work on heavy equipment and trucks. Must have own tools and a vast knowledge in hydraulics and diesels, must be able to handle all aspects of heavy equipment and 18 wheeler repairs.  Welding & fabrication experience a plus. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience. 

Bridge Workers:

Do you have experience working on Railroad Bridges?  If so, please apply today!  CW&W is always looking for experienced railroad timber bridge construction workers.  Must be experienced in all varieties of railroad bridges.  Class A CDL license a plus. 

Grapple Truck/Log Loader Operators:

Candidates must have a Class A CDL license along with log loader or track work experience.  Must have a working knowledge of log books and, have the ability to meet all D.O.T. requirements including, but not limited to, passing a D.O.T. drug screen and physical.
